I can not say enough about Rick and his crew. They installed laminate throughout our two story home and it turned out amazing! All the guys are friendly, efficient and totally trustworthy.
And to top it off, we had a doorway widened after the original install which left a large gap in the flooring and they came back and insisted that it be fixed the correct way. They removed baseboards, stripped all the surrounding flooring, relaid it and again it looks amazing! Rick made us feel like priority and gave us amazing customer service.
They're all so professional and I'm beyond happy with the final result. I've worked with a variety of contractors throughout this home remodeling process. Paragon has been the only company that has not disappointed (and they even clean up after themselves...)! Highly recommend!

I am sure this will be first of many, many more 5-star reviews. I can't tell you how pleased we are with our new hardwood floors. I actually hate that phrase--I CAN tell you.
We got a quote from another company in Santa Rosa which was 1)high and 2)not subtotaled out with labor, materials, etc. So we called Rick based on a suggestion from a friend who had used him before. Rick came over, was super friendly, and talked me through the whole process as he was measuring for the estimate. He got the estimate to us in a timely fashion, was less than the first estimate, and we gave him the green light. He came back with some samples to make sure our choice matched up to existing hardwood as closely as possible. We sent the deposit check and within 2 days he had the hardwood in hand to deliver at our house to sit for a while at our place and cure.
Come installation time he was very professional--made sure plastic was up to not get dust everywhere and was honest about how long the job would take. 2 days later and the job was done. We noticed that there was a misunderstanding about the landing and how we wanted it to work--no problem at all. He sent out his helper Felix (SUPER nice and very skilled) who had been doing the install with him the whole time to make the landing look like we wanted. No issues, no extra cost, and just a good experience.
